Bharat Vikas Parishad, Delhi State has set up Delhi Bharat Vikas Foundation as a Trust in 1990 for the upliftment of poor, needy & weaker section of the society specially the disabled. Later, it was registered under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860, vide no. 24583/93. Foundation is a Non-Governmental, Voluntary, Non-Sectarian & Non-Political society. The main objective of the society is physical, economic and social rehabilitation of the physically handicapped enabling them to regain their self-respect and human dignity as also to become normal and useful members of the community.

Delhi Bharat Vikas Foundation started a Viklang Sahayata Kendra at Dilshad Garden, Delhi to provide FREE of cost Artificial Limbs (both upper & lower), Polio Calipers, Crutches, Tricycles, Wheel chairs and other appliances required for poor & needy persons with disability. Besides Foundation also rehabilitate the disabled by giving them the material to earn their livelihood like Sewing Machine, Weighing Machine, Tool Kits, Tea-Shop Material etc.
